SETUPWith Long Island Barbecue Caterer Big Belly BBQ your receive 3 hours of total cooking time, with 1 hour prior for us to setup our equipment. We bring all the equipment, so you don’t need to clean the grill, or preheat the oven or anything involved with the food at all. Big Belly BBQ will setup an area for our tables and tents, that is in a prime location that easily accessible to your guests, while not being in the way of the party.
CUSTOM MENUAdditional to our base package menu, we offer a wide variety of addons so you can customize your menu to fit the needs of your guests the best. We offer such addons as:
